Baptism and the Lord's Supper (Communion/Eucharist). These are the only sacraments (or "ordinances," as many Baptists and evangelicals prefer) that are explicitly instituted by Jesus Himself in the Gospels — baptism in Matthew 28:19 and the Lord's Supper in Luke 22:19–20.
